Garnier Skin Renew Dark Spot Overnight Peel Review

Friday, March 15, 2013 0
I recently had the opportunity, by being a BzzAgent to try Garnier Skin Renew Dark Spot Overnight Peel.  This is a leave on peel that you literally leave on overnight and simply wash your face as normal in the mornings.

Per Garnier website:  The way you use it:  Each night, apply a thin layer of Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Overnight Peel to face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on overnight.

Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Overnight Peel is powered by Glycolic Vitamin C Complex. The glycolic acid effectively exfoliates and smooths skin, while Vitamin C addresses dark spots. Glycerin and a special acid buffer ensure that the Dark Spot Overnight Peel is gentle on skin to reveal a new radiance

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now.  It has been somewhat difficult to incorporate into my nightly regimen, because I have so much to keep up with, however, I have been diligent and it seems as though my sun spots and some acne marks are not as dark as they were before. Also, the overall feel of my skin is soft and smooth.  I am going to continue to use the Skin Renew and see how much better my skin can look and feel.

The Garnier Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Overnight Peel is:

Noncomedogenic and won't clog pores
Safe for all skin types and ethnicities
Available at mass retailers for around $16.99

The lightweight formula contains the Glycolic Vitamin C Complex:

Brightens dull skin through exfoliation
Improves spots and discoloration
Calms and hydrates
A built in buffer helps skin maintain a healthy pH level

The gentle, leave-on peel leaves you with immediate results:

Overnight:  See smoother, hydrated skin
In 1 week:  See brighter skin
In 4 weeks:  See that spots, imperfections and acne marks are significantly reduced.

Garnier Olia Review!

Wednesday, March 13, 2013 0

I color my hair regularly, and I was excited to try the new Garnier Olia.

I was given the opportunity to try Olia through being a Bzz Agent and a sample was provided to me to try.

Olia is an oil-based permanent hair coloring kit. It comes with your standard three steps: Developer, Color, and Conditioner. But the applicator and the formula are where this product stands out. The applicator has an egg shape to it with a long tip for easy application to your roots.

Olia color  was very easy to prepare.  I simply mixed the two tubes together into the applicator and it was good to go.  Easy and NO mess.  I really liked the fact that the solution was oil based.  I have a tendency to make a mess when I dye my hair and I was able to easily wipe drips and drops from the floor, wall and my ears and arms.  No stains were left either.  The color covered all my grey areas and it is dark, bold and black.  Finally, I used the after coloring conditioner, my hair feels so silky and smooth.  I will absolutely use this again the next time I dye my hair.
