Recently, I was able to try some of the Michael Angelo's line of products. I think I have tried them before, but, it has been quite a while and I am so glad I was reintroduced. We were able to try the Chicken Piccata and the Meat lasagna and the eggplant Parmesan. There are so many other varieties, but, the Chicken Piccata is by far my favorite. We boiled some noodles and simply added the Chicken Piccata, (did I mention is loaded with flavor) over noodles. Another day, I had some leftover mashed potatoes and just put the Chicken Piccata over the potatoes, along with a veggie.

Michael Angelo's makes the entrees in both family size and individual servings. I think I want to try the stuffed talapia next. It looks so delicious!
