New Progresso Light Soups Review and Giveaway!

I LOVE soup!  Many days a week you will find me having soup for breakfast.  Yes, I know, sorta weird, but, it just seems to start my day off right.  My favorite is clam chowder, followed by any sort of chicken soup.  I prefer the creamier kinds of chicken soup, but, I am happy with many varieties. 

I am aware of the calorie consumption that I must be consuming must be high, on just this one meal, but, it's really hard to give up my morning routine.  I usually feel full, and soup keeps me going just about all morning, 

I was so excited when I was contacted to review Progresso Soups, their new 'light' soups line.   I thought this could be good.  I am a big fan of Progresso soups already, and if I could save some fat and calories, all the better!

My package arrived with two cans of Progresso Light Soups, Light Chicken Pot Pie, and Light Creamy Potato with bacon and cheese.  I also received a tritan water bottle, soupreme mug and a blue lunch tote.  My husband of course called dibs on the lunch tote. It is the perfect size for him to take to work.  It has a great handle, zipper and really durable material.   I of course took off with the Light Chicken Pot Pie! 

I absolutely loved the soup.  The taste was well, just like Chicken Pot Pie.  It was creamy and full of veggies and chicken, and it was very filling and kept feeling full until nearly lunchtime.  Best of all, it is only 100 calories per serving!

After my hubby went to work the next day, I was going to try the Light Creamy Potato with Bacon and Cheese, however, it was no where to be found, except with my husband, in his lunch tote at work.  Yes, he snatched it before I did.  He also couldn't say enough good things about the flavor and quality.
