Kor Hydration Vessel Review!

Thursday, August 16, 2012

Recently I had the chance to review a hydrating vessel by Kor.  I tried the Kor Vida, in a slick black color.  The Vida also comes in white and grey.  I absolutely loved it!

From Kor Website:

We love the durability and beauty of steel. But we didn't like the way steel bottles felt in our hands – or on our lips. So we pushed ourselves to create a better solution. Our reward was Vida. Its tapered profile and ergonomic handle make it a joy to hold. Our smooth, threadless spout replicates our Perfect Spout™, a first for any steel bottle.

The Vida is  a single-walled vessel, therefore, hot beverages are not recommended.  However, cold beverages, really stay nice and cold.  I am always on the go, and you won't find me without water.  Here in Florida, where it is so hot, it is important to me to keep water on hand and I most definitely do not warm or hot water!  The Vida really came through to keep my water cold.

I was also quite impressed with the mouth opening.  Often times, it seems like when you drink out of an aluminum bottle it's like drinking from the garden hose.  With the Kor, it is absolutely the opposite.  It is smooth on your lips and not too cold to the touch.
