Many of you have commented recently that part of the backlash of the “extreme couponing” movement is that anyone seeking to save money seems to face extreme scrutiny more often at the register. Readers have been accused of hoarding or being “one of those coupon shoppers,” among other things.
While it is not an easy thing to avoid difficulties while shopping, it is important to follow the rules so that you can maintain ethics in couponing. At the end of the day, it’s nice to be able to know that you saved money – honestly.
