Tropical Mango Shea Sugar Body Scrub Review and Giveaway!

I recently had the opportunity to review Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub. It is a Tropical Mango body scrub that uses only certified organic shea butter. I use a sugar scrub about every other day for exfoliation on most of my body and this worked excellent. This sugar scrub has a very pleasant fragrance and left my skin feeling nice and soft.  

My biggest problem area is my feet.  I actually use a scrub on my feet everyday.  I really liked how thick this was.  It was a very dense scrub and for my feet, I have seen a tremendous improvement over the last couple of days.  I would post a picture.....but....no.  lol

Cafe Escapes Review!

I am a huge coffee drinker and  I am always willing to try a new flavor or brand. I like tasting a wide variety and keeping a wide selection on hand. This was an excellent opportunity for me because I received 2 sample packs that included many different varieties. They included: cafe vanilla, cafe caramel, mocha chocolate, chai latte, dark chocolate hot cocoa, and milk chocolate hot cocoa.

My absolute favorite is the chai latte.  It was so good.  I also liked the cafe vanilla and cafe caramel.  I usually add sugar substitute and or creamer, but, I didn't have to add anything to these.  The taste was sweet and creamy!  I see many more cups in my future.

Mom, Sister, Friend, Grandma, Great Grandma, and Wife

This last week has been full of chaos and sadness.  We lost my mother in law on Thursday.  She was a wonderful, beautiful woman, who loved her family and life more than anything.  She fought a great fight with Leukemia, and we were able to enjoy being with her much longer than her doctor had thought.  However, after less than 60 hours with Hospice, she quietly passed away with her son and daughter at her side. 

She will be deeply missed by so many whose lives she touched. 

This is a great picture of Dolores, who frequently enjoyed visiting us at the flea market.  She was so excited this day, because she got her first tattoo.  (airbrush)  "Bad Girl"

This is a wonderful antiperspirant/deodorant and it is Hypoallergenic. The Dry Idea women's deodorant I tried was a roll on, and was fresh scent.  The fresh scent was not too overpowering, and seemed to last quite a while. I usually don't like a roll on, because they seem so messy, however, after applying Dry Idea, it dried quickly and did not give me that 'wet underarm' feeling.  Besides a roll on, Dry Idea AdvancedDry also comes in a clear gel or an aerosol, which is great since I  prefer a gel or stick.

We received a phone call early Monday morning, from my sister in law, where my MIL was staying.  Mom's condition worsened and was unable to stand or walk anymore.  We drove from Jacksonville to Ocala on Monday and made the decision, with Mom, to cease her treatments for leukemia and ask Hospice services to step in and help. 

Mom was then transferred via medical transport to our home and we did a quick rearranging of rooms to accommodate her, so she would be comfortable.  Today, we met with Hospice, they are wonderful!  They got the supplies and equipment we needed to help with mom's care and everything was delivered quickly.  I am amazed with their services already and we are only on day 1.  We have made a couple of trips to the grocery store (no coupons  :)) to pick up anything she said that she wanted to eat or drink, since she has lost so much weight, and doesn't want to eat or drink. 

All in all everything is ok.  I am just really busy, and am so thankful that my husband is home with me this week to help us get into a routine.  I believe that my FIL will be arriving from Michigan soon too, so, we will have a full household.  Slowly, I will post deals and savings.  I have 3 or 4 giveaways to set up for you all too.  In the mean time, if you have any deals you want to share, feel free.  Thank you all for being patient again. 

Thank you all for being patient with me this week.  We have been trying to make some decisions about my mother in law regarding her care and other issues.  Also, lots of driving all around Florida this week getting supplies for the flea market this weekend.  It seems like it is picking up as people are spending their tax returns, so, I really want to be ready for the shoppers.  Today, I am going to attempt to clean off all the new stuff from the trailer and put it away at the shop.  Currently the items on the trailer are taller than the car towing it!   This should be a productive day.  I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day.  I will be back next week.  I have soooo very much to catch up on.  Welcome new followers too!
